Tra Ban

After a few wrong turns en route we arrived at Tra Ban near Carraroe and geared up in 6 ̊C

weather, standing on our fins to keep our feet off the cold concrete. Geared up and ready to go

we dive beneath the surface and finned out of the bay, leaving the plastic shopping bags behind

for brightly coloured seaweeds and clear waters. We zig-zagged through scattered kelp beds to a

clearing where we practiced our bubble rings, the most important skill a diver can have.

Meandering back to the pier we had a bit of trouble taking off our fins, hilarity ensued and the

video evidence of the event is already up on the facebook page.
